The xCpace team contacts the applicant and independently reviews the debt and supporting records.

The mission receives accomplishment status only after full funding and documented external settlement.
Participation can be partial. A qualifying mission can be counted as accomplished for each real contributor once settlement is verified.
The target is the verified mission principal plus the displayed platform fee. Until fully funded, contributions remain reserved.
Points use your proportional share of settled mission principal. The platform fee is excluded.
Wealth Players gain one Soldier per distinct Fresh Start member supported in accomplished missions. Fresh Start members see their distinct Commanders.
Global rank prioritizes verified Impact Created, followed by accomplished missions, earned points and supported countries.
Players shows the Wealth Player’s profile country. Army flags show where their Fresh Start beneficiaries live. Country leaderboards filter by Wealth Player Country.

A mission accepts new support only while its funding window is open. Full funding ends new allocations.

Funding alone does not award an accomplishment. Settlement must be verified first.
Listing, participation and paying fees never guarantee mission funding, repayment or a particular ranking.
Yes. Multiple Millionaires, Billionaires and Trillionaires may contribute, each from their own confirmed wallet balance.
A partial contribution counts toward the target immediately. It earns an accomplished-mission credit only once the overall mission is accomplished.
New funding stops at the closing time. Existing allocations require an Admin resolution; expiry itself is not an accomplishment.
Recorded reserved allocations are returned to the corresponding wallet through the internal refund ledger.
The xCpace review team assesses the applicant, creditor and evidence. Admin approval, publication and funding activation are separate controls.
The normal listing fee applies unless Admin records an authorized waiver. A fee or waiver does not guarantee approval.
